Privacy Policy
Short version: Pulse Marker does not upload your audio, video, project files, sequence data, filenames, or file paths. Audio analysis runs locally on your machine. We collect only what is needed for sign-in, license validation, device limits, waitlist/support, and account operation.
1. Who we are
Pulse Marker is a software product operated by its creator. For privacy questions, contact support@pulsemarker.com.
2. Information we collect
- Email address for OTP login, account notices, waitlist, and support replies.
- Device information for license/device-limit enforcement, including generated device identifier, device name, operating system, app version, Premiere Pro version, and last-seen time. We do not collect hardware serial numbers or MAC addresses.
- License and session data, including plan, trial expiry, session token, device count, and status.
- Server logs for login, license validation, and support operations. These logs do not include audio or project content.
3. Information we do not collect
- Audio files or audio content.
- Premiere Pro project files, sequences, timelines, or markers.
- File paths or filenames from your computer.
- BPM/key results or analysis outputs.
- Payment card data. When payments launch, billing will be handled by a payment provider.
4. How internet access is used
Pulse Marker uses the internet for email OTP sign-in, license validation, device registration/deactivation, Refresh License, waitlist signup, and support contact. BPM detection, beat-grid analysis, key analysis, waveform rendering, and marker timing are processed locally.
5. Services we use
- Supabase for account, license, session, and waitlist records.
- Resend for transactional emails such as OTP codes and account/support messages when configured.
- Adobe Premiere Pro as the host application for the extension.
6. Security
OTP codes are stored as hashes, session tokens are randomly generated, and account/license data is stored with access controls. No system is perfect, but we design Pulse Marker to minimize the amount of personal data needed.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep account and license data while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing support@pulsemarker.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. Some operational records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as Pulse Marker evolves. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
