Terms & EULA

Last updated: May 11, 2026

By installing or using Pulse Marker, you agree to these Terms and this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.

1. Product

Pulse Marker is an Adobe Premiere Pro extension that analyzes selected audio, previews a beat grid, and places frame-aligned markers on a sequence or clip. Public compatibility messaging is focused on Premiere Pro 2025 and 2026 on macOS and Windows.

2. App license

Pulse Marker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension according to your active plan. You do not own the software, source code, branding, interface, documentation, or audio-analysis workflow.

3. Plans and device limits

4. Trial limitations

The Trial is intended for testing the core workflow. It includes tempo detection, beat-grid alignment, and sequence or clip marker placement. It does not include key display, custom range, marker colors, advanced intervals, advanced nudge, BPM half/double, unlimited track length, or unlimited markers.

5. Restrictions

6. Adobe relationship

Pulse Marker is an independent product for Adobe Premiere Pro. Adobe is not responsible for Pulse Marker, its support, licensing, payments, data handling, or results.

7. Internet access and privacy

Internet access is required for OTP sign-in, license validation, device management, Refresh License, waitlist, and support. Audio analysis runs locally. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Payments

Payments are not yet live. When payments launch, billing will be handled by a payment provider. Subscription, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown at checkout and added here before checkout is enabled.

9. No guarantee of perfect results

Pulse Marker is designed to help editors place beat markers faster, but audio analysis is not perfect. BPM, key, beat-grid, and marker results may need review or manual adjustment, especially with complex, quiet, live, or compressed audio.

10. Disclaimer

Pulse Marker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect compatibility with every Premiere Pro setup, or error-free results in every audio file.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost work, lost revenue, project delays, or data loss. Always keep backups of important Premiere Pro projects.

12. Termination

Your access may be limited or ended if your plan expires, payment fails after payments launch, device limits are exceeded, or these Terms are violated.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms as Pulse Marker evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@pulsemarker.com.
